G-Cloud 9 is a Government framework that allows Public Sector organisations to purchase ‘cloud services’ from an approved list of suppliers within the Digital Marketplace portal. The agreement between the Government and suppliers enables the public sector organisations to purchase ‘cloud’ services much faster and is cheaper than entering into an individual procurement contract. It is a perfect way for risk averse organisations with limited budgets and time frames to find the right supplier and service for them.
