Datcom have appointed a new Operations Manager to support ambitious growth strategy

Managing Director Andrew Townsend is delighted to announce Jonathan King has been appointed as Operations Manager to lead the Service Desk and Service Delivery teams at Datcom.

Andrew said, "Jonathan's appointment will allow Datcom to continue provide the excellent level of customer service in all aspects of the business, while also allowing Datcom to continue to grow at 20% per year. Jonathan was previously a Datcom Team Leader at Lincoln and was renowned and respected amongst clients and fellow team members for his dedication and focus on providing excellent customer service and advice."
